Health benefit of exercise.

http://www.scientificpsychic.com/fitness/exercise.html

Why should we exercise? People who exercise regularly have a lower death rate than the people who does not practices the exercise. The right exercise stretches, contracts the muscles and stimulates breathing improving blood circulation and lung function in the athlete’s body. Exercise has also been shown to improve insulin sensitivity for healthy persons and those with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (Type of diabetes). Weight-bearing exercises also strengthen bones and may help decrease the risk of osteoporotic fractures, so that it will increasing the athlete performance.

The objectives of exercise are to maintain or improve coordination, balance, and flexibility, build or maintain muscular endurance and strength, improve cardiovascular and pulmonary health (cardiorespiratory or aerobic endurance) and we are feel well and have a better mood. We should know that the excessive or improper exercise may damage the body and bring us to injury problem. 20 push ups in 2 minutes and target triceps, back, and abdominal muscles. This is the an example of the way on how exercise can enhance the athlete performance.

The human energy system.

ATP – The Body’s Energy Currency

Energy is required for all kinds of bodily processes including growth and development, repair, the transport of various substances between cells and of course, muscle contraction. It is this last area that Exercise Scientists are most interested in when they talk about energy systems.

Whether it's during a 26-mile marathon run or one explosive movement like a tennis serve, skeletal muscle is powered by one and only one compound, that is adenosine trophosphate (ATP). However, the body stores only a small quantity of this energy currency within the cells and it is enough to power just a few seconds of all out exercise . So the body must replace or resynthesize ATP on an ongoing basis. Understanding how it does this is the key to understanding energy systems.

An ATP molecule consists of adenosine and three (tri) inorganic phosphate groups. When a molecule of ATP is combined with water (a process called hydrolysis), the last phosphate group splits away and releases energy. The molecule of adenosine triphosphate now becomes adenosine diphosphate or ADP

The importance of human energy system are to make sure that decreasing of fatigue in athlete training. In the other hand, ATP is required in our body to regenerate the energy during the event was begin.

The human muscle system

The human muscle system is divided into three, that is skeletal, cardiac and smooth muscle. This types of muscle have significant differences. However, all three use the movement of actin against myosin to create contraction. In skeletal muscle, contraction is stimulated by electrical impulses transmitted by the nerves, the motor nerves and motor neurons in particular.

Cardiac and smooth muscle contractions are stimulated by internal pacemaker cells which regularly contract, and propagate contractions to other muscle cells they are in contact with. All skeletal muscle and many smooth muscle contractions are facilitated by the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.

The muscle of the human is very important in enhancing the athlete performance. Firstly, if someone doing too much the exercise, or ignoring the warning signs of the muscle or the joint pain, it will increases the risk of the overuse injuries that may prevent future sport activities, or even lead to lifetime disability.

When the muscle training is not balanced, individuals can become muscle-bound, which means they lack of flexibility, are unable to make full use of their muscles ; in their performance.
